20th Feb 2011

 So its been 2 weeks.

im not gpoing to lie. i ate a few bad things here and there. namely on both weekends (l;ast sat) and two days ago (fri night) i ate junk cause wasn't at home. and i skipped cardio last satday and my body weight circuit 3 days ago (this friday), yeh same days as when i ate junk.

But whatever, just gotta move on and run faster and trtain harder....

Current Weight : 70 kgs.

Yeh!! lost some :D

I eat breakfast, but usually im in such a rush you know so no pictures.  but thats basically egg whites and cereal/bread and milk and yoghurt.
Lunch for school. Mixed frozen vedgies and chicken breaast sliced.

before bed, cottage cheese and frozen vedgies.


I feel like im making progress :D
