3rd Apr 2011

Ok so I don't know how many weeks its been since last post, but it doesn't matter anyway cause I don't have any followers, what matter is whether or not ive been exercising and dieting still.

Well yeh. I've basically reintroduced carbs back into my diet as of 2 weeks ago because i got an awfully sick which meant i couldn't run and i had a lack of energy and couldnt get better and i was a pussy so didnt work out (body weight exercises) so bassically there hasn't been much progress.

However I am well and shouldn't get sick anymore with carbs back in my diet ive got more energy. Another factor is school which hasn't been too great for me.

Weight: 69 kilos

Yes, it means I've stopped cutting but I'm going to maintain my diet and hopefully after a couple of year my fat will just dissapear, no point continuing my no rice diet if i can't stick to it (yeh, it lasted about 1 month and i couldn;t help it i need rice.)

I'm sitll only doing push ups situps squats and a couple of double exercises.
I hardly run anymore cause I'm a lazyt fuck but Ive realised that im hap[py with the amount of fat ive initially lost and I assume I'll be able to not gain it back if i simply eat healthy and keep on doing my body weight workouts..

side view, even though ivestoped running for about two weeks now you can see belly is slightly slimmer then before, need to start running again though :S about 3 weeks ago i was 67 kilos

Ab's under neat all that fat (my hands are stretching out the fat to the bottom so you can see there are abs there :D , gonna inspire me to start up running again >_> only managed to keep up running for like 1 months sighh......
Hopefully friends gym can get up one day....

So yeh, pictures below for today.

Because of the fat i've lost my abs are actually starting to sort of show. There are just problem fat areas which hopefully i can get rid of by dieting, and if not ill start running again soon but for now body weights are gonna have to do because i find not enough time to run to my satisfaction.

So i suppose my aim is to maintain my current shape/improve it possible, but i start holidays in a week so I'll definitely get cardio up and running again for that! :D

20th Feb 2011

 So its been 2 weeks.

im not gpoing to lie. i ate a few bad things here and there. namely on both weekends (l;ast sat) and two days ago (fri night) i ate junk cause wasn't at home. and i skipped cardio last satday and my body weight circuit 3 days ago (this friday), yeh same days as when i ate junk.

But whatever, just gotta move on and run faster and trtain harder....

Current Weight : 70 kgs.

I eat breakfast, but usually im in such a rush you know so no pictures.  but thats basically egg whites and cereal/bread and milk and yoghurt.
Lunch for school. Mixed frozen vedgies and chicken breaast sliced.

1.

Today is the day I'm going to change. That is nutrition. I've been working out for a couple years on and off, but I know the reason why I wasn't gaining was because of my diet which made me think of lifestyle changes which lead to the on and off because I wasn't WILLING to change. But the thing now is, i WANT change, And I know if I want to see change in my life, I need to fix diet as well as implement alot more cardio. At the moment I have no access to gym, but mate is putting up a home gym eventually... which ill have access to whenever. But that's okay, because I'm going to try losing weight and not gaining, So theres no need for heavy lifting in terms of my current goal.

Current Goal: Chop of the fat, build strength.

Ok.

Training:
Mon: 40 minutes cardio/ 20 minutes supersetting 15xsquats 10x pushups and 5x pull ups as many as i can
Tue: 20 minutes of abs + misc. dumbell exercises (deadlift, press, flys, and shoulder presses etc.) as much as I can + 40 minutes cardio
Wed: Mon
Thu: Tues
Fri: Mon
Sat: Cardio only
Sun: Rest

Diet:
Bfast : 4 egg whites, weetbix and milk

+ 5 other meals : Vegetables, Meat (Chicken fish or beef)

I'm trying to lose weight so i'm limiting my carbs to breakfast.

Will be snacking on fruits (apple, peaches, nectarines, bananas, w/e i have) in between meals.
And of course, water.

 So these are my starting pics, I hope to see change in this year to come.

Weight - 78 Kilos
P.S. I was very fat from 11-13 years old probably on the verge of obese. Hence the big belly.and pecs covered with a thick layer of fat.  Im now a week of 16, so yeh,. Lifestyle change begins. I want this.
